Re-enabling WYSIWYG post-entry?

We used to be able to do things like enter carriage returns in a post and have the forum follow them. Now if you want a break in text — or to put something in italics, insert an image, or anything else — you have to enter HTML tags to do it.

Is it possible to get a WYSIWYG post editor back? Or is it not possible — or just too much of a pain in the ass to bother with? :)
