Not sure where to post this... I'll IM a few who I think might be interested.
I just took part in a week long email list builder Giveaway organized by Russell Nolety. You might have seen it on Facebook - a collection of Neil Gaiman Hardcovers to one lucky winner. Entrants agreed to be put on the sponsoring authors lists.
After verification, we got 4819 emails. I won't know how many of those are already on my list, but I started with 450 so it's a pretty big jump. Yes, a good chunk will never open my emails, and a good chunk will unsubscribe, but if I can't turn a few of those people into readers with free comics, then nothing will.
Russell is organizing a new giveaway of either Steven King or Terry Pratchet books and he's looking for fresh folks to participate in each one. If it is the same 20 authors each time, it will be diminishing returns as there is a certain amount of seeding from your own list that is bound to happen.
If anyone is interested let me know and I can point you in the right direction. And let him know I sent you.
Thanks for that Pub Crawl link, @DinoCaruso! I've emailed them to see if they'd like to publish BUSTED, which I did last year with our own @ShawnRichison.

But the concept could be fun. I'd love to do the original Ghost Rider from the 40's.
An unpretty link. This is for an Anthology from Wannabe Press called Cthulu is Hard To Spell.
If you are unfamiliar with Wannabee Press/Russell Nohelty, he's a bit of a crowdfunding guru. Not Spike level, but his last KS did $25K plus.
2-8 page stories. Full-colour
I'd be interested, but the pitch deadline is December 8th and my brain is too fried from running a Kickstarter to come up with an idea.
If anyone wants to pitch let me know.
